1. Who We Are

This site is operated by Maggie, an independent Thermomix® Consultant. It is not an official website of Vorwerk or Thermomix® Canada. You can reach us at maggie.le.thermomix@gmail.com or by mail at 8570 Woodbine Ave, Unit 4, Markham, ON L3R 4X8.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers only this website. It doesn't cover Vorwerk's official store at thermomix.ca, the Cookidoo platform, or any other site you reach by clicking a link from here — each of those is governed by its own operator's privacy policy, not this one.

3. What We Collect

• Standard server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and reliability. We don't currently run any analytics or advertising tracking on this site.
• Anything you email us. If you contact us directly by email, we see your email address and whatever you write to us, so we can reply.
• Nothing else. This site has no newsletter signup, no user accounts, no login, and no shopping cart. We never collect payment information — every TM7 purchase happens on Vorwerk's own checkout at thermomix.ca, under their privacy policy, not ours.

4. Who Processes Your Data

• Vorwerk / thermomix.ca. Some images on this site (for example, on the Accessories page) are loaded directly from thermomix.ca's own servers. Loading those pages may share your IP address with Vorwerk, under Vorwerk's own privacy policy. Clicking any "Get Free Shipping" or consultant-link button takes you to Vorwerk's official checkout, where any information you enter is collected and processed by Vorwerk, not by us.

5. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

• show you the personal information we hold about you,
• correct it, or
• delete it.

Email maggie.le.thermomix@gmail.com and we'll respond. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

6. Cookies

This site itself does not set marketing or tracking cookies. If you follow a link to Vorwerk's store, Cookidoo, or any other third-party site, that site may set its own cookies under its own policy — check the site you're visiting for details. If we ever add analytics or tracking tools to this site, we'll update this policy to say so.

7. Children's Privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no website can guarantee perfect security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its last-updated date.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
